Rights & Usage

✦ Character IP is client's, Artwork IP belongs to the artist and proper credit should be given to me as the artist.✦ Base commission price for all of my commissions includes only personal use. If you are planning to use in any monetized manner, you will need to discuss and purchase commercial licensing.✦ You may use your commissioned works as profile pictures, banners, etc. on social media with credit✦ Edits on my artwork are not allowed, including drawing over, adding filters on top etc.✦ Not allowed to be used for AI, NFT, crypto, or monetary purposes. You may not train AI on my work -- even if you purchase additional licenses. Do not repost, trace, or use my commission artwork for AI learning or NFTs.✦ I reserve the right to post finished images to my socials unless you purchase an NDA.

Refunds & Payment

✦ Anything under $50 is due up front. If your order total is $50 or more, payment plans are available for discussion. Full payment no matter the payment plan will be due before final image files are sent.✦ I mainly utilize VGen for commissions and payment. If you do not wish to go through VGen, I utilize Paypal for payment and primarily communicate through Discord.✦ If I cannot fulfill your order and cancel, a refund of 100% will be made if I have not started, or 50% if after the sketch stage. If the client cancels the commission, a refund of 100% will be made if I have not started, or 50% if I have started.✦ In the case of payment plans, the first payment made is nonrefundable after I start working on the commission. Refund policy for sequential payments (payment plans) will be noted dependent on the scope of the project.

Communication

✦ Open communication throughout the process, either through VGEN or Discord✦ My commissions (outside of my Surprise Me/SKEB) are stage based, so I will send an update at each stage of the process (dependent on commission type) and will need a written acceptance of that stage before I carry onto the next. This way I can best make your character (or creature) come to life!✦ I have more detailed Terms of Service on each VGEN service and will provide that to any potential off-site clients.✦ I will communicate a scope of work for each project that will include which stages of communication I plan to use (at a minimum) and you are more than welcome to request additional stages, or even livestreaming should time zones align.
